I'm previously from the UK, currently living in Brisbane & prior to joining this business, I was a HR Director of a large company, and ran my own consulting firm. I was looking for time freedom, the ability to still make a difference and to replace my executive salary. This business has ticked all my boxes and a whole lot more. I certainly have the time freedom, the products have changed my life, mostly by showing me how to be comfortable in my own skin and giving me the inner peace I so longed for, the support and community were the greatest surprise and I have now replaced my executive level income & created a lifestyle that is much more enjoyable.

Hello, I'm Éva, and this is my journey.
Running a business in Personal Development, I feel fortunate to pursue my passion. Originally from Sydney, Australia, I now call Melbourne home with my two daughters, a furry friend, and a feline.
My business grants me the freedom to live where I choose, allowing me to explore the world and fulfill childhood dreams. Throughout my corporate career spanning Australia, Singapore, Asia, Europe, and the United States, I've embarked on an incredible adventure.
My mission is to empower motivated individuals—women and men alike—to attain the same level of freedom and flexibility in their lives. While extensive travel may not be for everyone, my clients, mostly rooted in one place, share a common desire for a life of purpose and possibility.
I founded Lead With Integrity to earn income while exploring the world and guide others toward achieving their desired lifestyle. Blessed to be a mother of two, I was motivated to create a work-life balance.
Having lived and worked abroad in several countries, when I'm not travelling, the Mornington Peninsula is where I call home.

WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE: After over 20 years in international companies, I found myself trapped in a cycle of 70-hour work weeks, where my extensive experience was overlooked, and integrity undervalued. Despite my passion for the industry, I was tethered to my laptop, sacrificing work-life balance. My health began to deteriorate, and I knew it was time to reassess my priorities. Holding senior positions didn't grant me the autonomy I craved. Recognizing this, I decided to exit corporate life indefinitely.
MY PERSONAL VISION AND LIFE-CHANGING BOOKS: My vision of success is straightforward: having the financial means to pursue my passions, maintain strong connections with loved ones, and prioritize health and well-being. Influential books like 'Siddhartha' by Hermann Hesse and 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki illuminated the concept of financial independence, prompting me to seek alternatives to my corporate salary. 'The Magic of Surrender' by Kute Blackson inspired me to embrace the courage of letting go.
