WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE: After over 20 years in international companies, I found myself trapped in a cycle of 70-hour work weeks, where my extensive experience was overlooked, and integrity undervalued. Despite my passion for the industry, I was tethered to my laptop, sacrificing work-life balance.
My health began to suffer, and I knew it was time to reassess my priorities. Holding senior positions didn't grant me the autonomy I craved. Recognizing this, I decided to exit corporate life indefinitely.
